Our process is summarized below:
- Initial Consultation
During the introductory consultation, we listen to your ideas, learn about your family’s lifestyle, discuss the feasibility of your project, decide how much you can afford and determine a realistic scope of work that meets with the approval of all parties. This stage is the foundation for the rest of the project, so you should try to be very clear about your goals and needs. Based on your desires and your budget constraints, we may need to prioritize your wishes or explore new ideas. - Design
We begin to bring your ideas to life with concept plans and preliminary drawings. As the drawings become more detailed, we review them with you and make adjustments as needed. Then we determine the timeline and working budget for your project. Once the budget is approved, we move forward and develop more detailed drawings. The plans are essentially complete before being handed over to the architect for technical review and permit drawings - Documentation
At this stage, we work on the construction drawings, specifications and details. Decisions made regarding specific materials and products allow us to firm up the budget and obtain the required permits and municipal approvals. We develop contract documents that include product choices and line item pricing. At this point, specific changes and price adjustments can be made. Once the budget is finalized, the construction contract is signed. - Construction
The schedule is established, subcontracts are signed and work begins at your site. We closely manage and inspect all work on your project. The ONE Group meets with you regularly to review the progress made and keep you apprised of upcoming work. Any necessary final changes or adjustments to the schedule are addressed during this stage. - Closeout
We provide maid service for the final cleaning and any other services as needed. You receive documentation and maintenance information regarding your newly completed project. Rest assured that we stand behind our workmanship and quality even after project completion.
