This project is a great example of a nice, newer house can be completely transformed to meet the owner's style and taste.
The original residence was traditionally designed and built in the mid-2000's. Our client purchased it because of the great neighborhood that it's in, but knew that it needed A LOT of work to be turned into the contemporary (and somewhat eclectic) home that she envisioned.
Completed in several phases, this 3-story home in Chicago's near west-side Ukranian Village is now barely recognizable as the house it started as.
