We undertake various types of commercial projects, and we offer whatever level of involvement you desire. Most of our commercial projects have been retail, office and medical facility build outs. We have done both commercial remodels and new construction — taking built shells, or “white boxes,” and completing the interior construction and finishes. We’ve carried out design – build projects beginning with space planning; we’ve constructed build outs that were designed by the client’s architect.
